Co-promoter and Director

A qualified Chartered Accountant, Sajid Malik is also the Promoter and Managing Director of Genesys International, a company focussed on GIS mapping and engineering designing services, listed on the NSE and BSE. He has three decades of industry experience.

Hemant Majethia

Co-promoter, CEO and Wholetime Director

With around three decades of experience in capital market intermediation and equity research, Hemant Majethia is well connected and respected in market circles for his technocratic approach to stockbroking. He is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and has been instrumental in the development of our online platform, Pointer.

Juzer Gabajiwala

Wholetime Director & Company Secretary

A Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary Juzer Gabajiwala has been instrumental in the launch of the Alternate Products at Ventura. He also heads the NRI desk and the HR and Training functions at Ventura. Prior to joining Ventura, he was associated with the IIT group as well as the Tata group.

Ganapathy Vishwanathan

Director

A Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant by qualification, Ganapathy Vishwanathan has been an investment banker and was an early entrant in the emerging capital markets of India about three decades back. He has been with the Ventura Group almost since its inception and is also on the Board of Genesys International Corporation and other companies in the Group.

Bharat Gala

Chief Operating Officer – Equity Broking

Bharat Gala holds a Diploma in Business Administration with a graduation degree from Bombay University. He has over three decades of experience in managing stock market operations.

N.S. Ramaswamy

Head – Commodity Desk & CRM

N.S. Ramaswamy is a Cost Accountant by training and has experience spanning over three decades in capital and commodities markets. He has contributed to the setting up of Ventura’s commodities trading network.

Bharat Shah

Head – Institutional Business

Bharat Shah has completed a diploma in management from JBIMS and a course from IIM (A). With over 40 years of experience in the capital markets and stockbroking, he heads the Institutional Business, Currency Derivatives and Securities Lending and Borrowing (SLB) verticals at Ventura.

Vinay Punjabi

Head – Marketing

Vinay Punjabi is a Cost Accountant by qualification and brings with him over two decades of capital market experience. He is also responsible for the acquisition of clients and partners for Ventura’s Partner Program.

D. P. Singh

Head – Compliance

D. P. Singh is a post graduate in Securities Law from Government Law College. He has two and a half decades of experience in matters of stock market compliance and is extremely conversant in matters of trading and settlement mechanisms of the stock exchanges.

Hemant Gurav

Head – Finance & Accounts

Hemant Gurav has over 25 years of experience in the broking industry, back office, finance and accounts. He oversees the day-to-day functioning of the finance and accounts department and finalisation of accounts, supervises risk management systems, coordinates with bankers and interacts with Government authorities and auditors.

Nitin Trivedi

Head – Back Office

Nitin Trivedi has around three decades of experience in equity broking and back-office functions. A commerce graduate from University of Mumbai, he manages the back-office operations and contributed to the creation and development of back office related software.

Vinit Bolinjkar

Head – Research

Vinit Bolinjkar has over two and a half decades of experience as a professional equity analyst. He is responsible for stock reports and conducts daily calls with the company’s network of business partners/branches. He has a degree in engineering and an MMS degree from the University of Mumbai.

Bushan Shah

Head – Private Client Group (PCG)

Bushan Shah has over 34 years of experience in the broking industry. At Ventura, he spearheads the Private Client Group Division. Prior to joining Ventura, he was associated with other leading broking firms – Sharekhan and Indiabulls.

R. Amarnath

Head –PMS

R. Amarnath has over three decades of extensive experience in the BFSI space and has held leadership roles in Equity Research, Capital Markets, M&A and Fund Management.

Pankaj Valia

Head – Admin & Social Media

Pankaj Valia is a social media expert and has been associated with the stock market for over 35 years. He is the head of Social Media & Admin at Ventura since 2013.
